NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH AND

DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

1.    1. The Oxfordshire County Council, Tetsworth Unrecorded Footpath, Public Path Extinguishment Order 2026

2.    2. The Oxfordshire County Council, Tetsworth Footpaths No. 58 (parts) & No. 59 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2026

On 13^th April 2026, the Oxfordshire County Council confirmed the above Orders, made on 18^th February 2026.

I attach a copy of the Notice of Confirmation and Order as confirmed for your information.

Please note this is a legal change to the rights of way network; please amend your records accordingly.

We would be grateful if you could also display a copy of the notice on your notice board and make the Order available for public inspection for the period Thursday 23^rd April to Friday 5^th June 2026 inclusive.
